Description

Come and join the unique experience of a cacao ceremony, breathwork and free expression movement/dance. The event will start with the cacao ceremony and then transition into the breathwork and finally the movement/dance part. The dance portion will be done with a blindfold which creates an internal experience. The event will end with savasana. The combination of the breathwork and movement can result in the feelings of deeper connection, joy, transcendence of time and space, psychedelic qualities, tribalism and much more.
