Need a Contractor to sign off after doing a walk-through stating my house has enough insulation. This is for the building department. what they’re looking for is for a contractor to do a walk-through and just look at the attic and maybe test the walls with a device that shows that there’s enough insulation so I thought that the house and pipes will not freeze during the winter time It should take no more than five minutes to walk through the house if you can do that And your license contractor I can pay you $200 thank you.
