Source In Motion is a deep dive into how energy as life-force moves through our bodies, hearts, minds, souls, and Spirits. Using the maps of the 5Rhythms and fueled by curiosity, we explore and broaden our movement vocabularies while deepening our personal and collective practices. While each class is a whole and complete offering on its own, the Sep - Dec classes will build on each other, arching like the Wave the 5Rhythms create. Dancing since 1994, certified by Gabrielle Roth in 2008, Lisa is both a student and teacher of the 5Rhythms. https://www.dancingfirelizards.com The venue is ~ Yoga Vida ~ 3620 Bee Caves Rd, Ste A, ATX 78746. If the parking spots are full in front of Yoga Vida, you are welcome to park anywhere in the Westlake Square shopping center which continues past Yoga Vida, facing onto Bee Caves Rd. If you like more floor time in warm-up, music begins at 7:45pm. Doors close at 8:20pm. Lose, comfortable clothing & water bottle are suggested. COVID Protocols - If you don’t feel well, have a fever, currently have COVID, or are within a 10-day window of exposure or infection please do not come to class. You are welcome to wear a mask.
