TENTATIVE SCHEDULE AND HEATS: click here for a tentative list of races and times!Join us for the 8th Annual Creighton 2K Rowing Challenge! We have 8 different age categories for both men and women as well as 3 age categories for "kids"!  Your entry fee covers your entry in the individual 2,000-meter race, the individual Half Marathon (21,097m) Row, a relay, or all of these races! (Kids 14 and younger and adults 70yrs+ will do 1,000-meters for the individual race). The 4-person team relays consist of 4 rowers who will each complete 500 meters of the 2,000-meter race. Relays can be all women, all men or coed (must have at least 2 women). We also have a family relay division; a family must have at least 2 children under the age of 18. Finally, there is a couples relays! Each pair will row 500 meters a piece, with each relay consisting of 1,000 meters. Couples must have at least one woman! This is the second year we'll be hosting a 21,097m individual row - the Half Marathon Row. It is one of the first races of the day and will run throughout the morning.  $30.00 per person EARLY BIRD fee if you register by January 1, 2023.  $35.00 per person on/after January 1, 2023. Registration fee includes an event t-shirt and registration into any/all events. You must register by January 20th to guarantee your t-shirt size and racing timeslot. Registration CLOSES on Thursday 11:59pm, January 26, 2023! We will announce the times of each event the week of the competition, so make sure you include your email when registering! Event Categories by Age: 1/2 Marathon Row (only category will be a women's and men's combined category) Women's 80+ and Men 80+ Women 70-79 and Men 70-79 Women 60-69 and Men 60-69 Women 50-59 and Men 50-59 Women 43-49yrs and Men 43-49yrs  Women 36-42yrs and Men 36-42yrs  Women 27-35yrs and Men 27-35yrs  Women 18-26yrs and Men 18-26yrs Girls 15-18 (not in college) and Boys 15-18 (not in college) Girls 12-14 (1000m) and Boys 12-14 (1000m) Girls and Boys Under 12yrs *Team Relays have no age category - can be coed (2 women and 2 men), all women, OR all men (2000m). Couples relays (1000m). Family relay (2000m) must have at least 2 children 18 or under (not in college).  **Awards will be given for the top 3 finishers in each category at the end of the day!
