Cleanup event for the area of Belmont Avenue near San Pablo Beautify Fresno, Every Neighborhood Partnership, and the Lowell Community Development Corporation are joining with Lowell residents to help clean up the Belmont Avenue area between Van Ness and Glenn Avenues. Volunteers will meet at the Lowell Community Garden at E. Belmont Ave and N. Park Ave. beginning at 9:30 a.m., for sign in and orientation. The event will take place from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., and will include locations such as the Lowell Community Garden and San Pablo Park. In an effort to keep you safe during this pandemic, Beautify Fresno will follow guidance from our national advisors at Keep America Beautiful, as well as all health and safety protocols from the CDC and the Fresno County Department of Public Health. Every volunteer will get PPE (gloves and masks), vests, paper pickers, and garbage bags with snacks and bottled water provided.
