Clayton County residents, please be sure to register for this event as only a limited number of spaces are available. To ensure you complete your application and receive assistance efficiently, please bring the following documents: REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ASSISTANCE (RENTERS) Valid Photo ID for ApplicantContact information including your email address and phone numberProof of Income - Acceptable documents: Paycheck stubs, 2020 taxes, W2 or signed declarationCopy of Lease Agreement or written attestation from a verifiable Landlord or Management Agent.Eviction notice, late notice or dispossessory (if applicable)Past due Water/Sewer/Gas/Electric or Internet Utility Notice(s)Documentation of unemployment or loss of income since March 2020Documentation of any previous rental assistance received since March 13, 2020.Any other documentation of any previous rental assistance received since March 13, 2020.While landlords are not required to attend this event, please be aware that cooperation from your landlord will be needed to further process your application.
