The third annual Christmas at Wire Park will be Saturday, Dec. 10 at the Wire Park. This year’s event also will coincide with the official Grand Opening of Oconee County’s newest mixed-used development located at the former Southwire manufacturing facility. In addition to live holiday music, activities for children, including a photo opportunity with Santa Claus, and food and drink offerings from Wire Park’s lineup of restaurants, a “wire-cutting” will be held to officially open this transformative project to the community. Christmas at Wire Park kicks off at 5:30 p.m., and it is free and open to the public.
