Due to an unprecedented number of students graduating and planning to attend the Rosenstiel Convocation ceremony, please be aware of the following updates for this event.Tickets and Guest PolicyThe auditorium is expected to be at maximum capacity of 250 attendees. While we had hoped to allow all graduates to have up to 6 guests in the auditorium, we must now limit this to 4 guests per student. An overflow room (MSC 123) will be setup for a livestream of the event if you still want to bring a 5th or 6th guest. Tickets for the event for you and your guests are mandatory for entry.Auditorium + Lunch tickets: 5 maximum (1 graduate + 4 guests)Overflow room + Lunch tickets: 2 maximum (for 5th & 6th guests) ParkingThe Rosenstiel School has limited parking available on campus. Graduating students and guests are allowed free parking at the Seaquarium next door for this event. You must print the announcement above and place on your dashboard for Seaquarium parking. Event GuidelinesAnyone who is feeling unwell or symptomatic should not attend any events. Anyone who is immunocompromised should check with their health care provider prior to participating in the event. Masking is not required, but is recommended for attendees.
