Beltsville Thursday or Friday your choice Columbia Tuesday & Thursday Senate Cleaning is looking for an experienced janitor that can clean the common areas of commercial property including but not limited to: - Mopping - Vacuuming - Trash Removal - Dusting - Window Cleaning - Bathroom Cleaning - Policing the grounds - Stainless Steel Polishing REQUIREMENTS: - Must be able to work Tuesday & Friday starting at 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm - Must have a valid driver's license and a car registered in your name or spouse's name. - Must be able to write a weekly report (with pictures) - Must be able to work with limited supervision - Must be able to pass a background check - Must have great customer service skills - Must be a legal us citizen or resident - Must own a smartphone - Must be a teamplayer
