STRONG30 is a high intensity 30 minute group workout that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric movements all synced to music for a great sweat and a great time for all ages and fitness levels.
The class is led by Tony Sadiku, an energetic fitness coach and certified personal trainer in Tampa.
Tony is passionate about helping others reach their wellness goals whatever they might be and has for the last 6 years, coached countless people across the country and internationally.
