House painting - interior

Hi we would like to have the walls painted in the house, ceilings are fine and there is no base moulding or floor currently. A few casings but not many. Plans and pictures are included above. We do not need the lanai's or bathrooms painted just living areas and bedrooms. We also need the main hall painted which is probably the hardest part - atrium goes up 3 stories. If interested please show me why you are the guy(s) for the job and please tell me how you would paint the atrium. Also would appreciate a ballpark price range or rate for this work.
