1) Has experience and knowledge of how to handle residential demolition from utility disconnections to complete demolition and cleanup.
2) Has ability to obtain equipment needed for job.
3) Has ability to provide Dumpster plus dumping services.
3) Has experience with pulling permits.
4) Carries themselves in a safe and professional manner.
