Help a family for thanksgiving

Is there anyone who would be able to help out a family for Thanksgiving, they are a family of 6. They dont have much, I wanted to try and help them but im not in the best position to try to help. I figured I would try and find them help. They dont have a car, I do tho and would be willing to take mom and the kids to go get whatever help they can aslong as its not too far. They dont need money or financial help just a Thanksgiving mean and maybe some plastic plates or forks. They are starting over and have nothing.
