Description

Responsible for cleaning and detailing a professional building at either Dallas or Gastonia. This will include cleaning restrooms, wiping down countertops and desks, polishing mirrors, windows, and other glass, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming, collecting trash bags, and removing all trash into the dumpster. Other assignments are possible. Pleasant, calm, quiet environment. Must be able to walk, bend and stand for four hours, and able to lift up to 20 lbs. Work only weekends, or weekdays and every other weekend: Work is in the evening, start time 6 pm, 3-4 hrs a night, 4-5 times a week (option of Tue or Thu off), plus every other Saturday (every Saturday also available). Training pay is $14/hr first 60 days, plus $100 bonus after 60 work days of exemplary work and no unexcused absences, followed by $15/hr afterward.
