WE ARE HIRING EMPLOYEES AND INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS Hatfield Cleaning Services has been keeping commercial properties in Missouri looking their best for over 20 years. We offer janitorial services for our commercial clients to save them time and solve their problems. Requirements INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR MUST PROVIDE: • Valid Business License • Worker's Compensation Insurance • General Liability Insurance • Federal EIN # • Other verifiable business • 18 years of age minimum • Favorable background investigation results Job Description Position Summary Details: • Seeking cleaner the hours are from M-F 8:00pm till Finish. some weekends required. Essential Functions: • Perform work according to directions, standard procedure, and/or the established schedule • Operate and sanitize all assigned equipment in a safe and proper manner • Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices Responsibilities: • Clean exam rooms, Offices, Restrooms, • Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors in designated areas • Regularly check trash receptacles, emptying as needed, in all designated areas • Collect, consolidate, and separate recycling into proper receptacles • Clean mirrored surface; polish stainless steel surfaces • Dust furniture, fixtures, shelves, and other areas as needed • Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms (includes cleaning and polishing as needed) • Wash walls, woodwork, doors, and sills • Complete cleaning, safety, and inspection logs as directed • Performs other duties as assigned Benefits We find the commercial clients, handle the bidding and collections, and guarantee on time pay to you, the independent contractor.
