Description
Job purpose of Administrative Assistant is to assist with the various office personnel. The position also requires assisting in the development of resources to track and improve future estimating and specification of upcoming projects. This position will be a full-time entry-level position. Benefits available
Key duties/responsibilities of Administrative Assistant:
1. Prep bid packages as instructed. Follow-up, as necessary.
2. Monitor bid package timing with vendors
3. Process “fill in” order requests that do not require approval
4. Set up new iPads, laptops, Desktops with appropriate apps, etc.
5. Training new employees on google, email, calendar, BuilderTrend
6. Print and order plans as needed
7. Maintain and organize supply closet
8. Answer the phone
9. Reconcile issues with subs/ vendors & their PO’s
10. Send out surveys/ review requests to end buyers
11. New Subcontractor outreach
12. Maintain high level knowledge of BuilderTrend and assist in developing training methods and “best-practice” for the team members.
