Sword making at Albion Swords albion-swords.com We are seeking responsible people to be part of a small company making the best production swords in the world. Will train. Areas of work include some combination of: grinding, shaping, and polishing metal parts using hand and power equipment; basic wood and leather-working skills; simple welding, repair and fabrication. Desirable applicants will: Possess strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Demonstrate basic knowledge of, and ability to operate, hand and power tools. Have sharp visual acuity for precision work and performing quality inspections. Be able to work independently with little supervision while still meeting goals. Develop thorough knowledge of product line Be noticeably reliable and responsible on a daily basis, and available to work 10-hour days Mon-Thurs High school diploma or GED required. This position requires the ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods of time with occasional lifting in excess of 50 lbs. Starting pay increases to full time pay after 3 month probationary period.
