We are looking to fill several winter positions including snow laborers and snow shoveling captains. Possible year-round work available as well. Sidewalk Shoveling Help Needed for 2022-2023 Winter Season - Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti Snow Crew member Compensation: $20/ hr and UP based upon experience. Additional compensation for referrals or bringing in an entire crew. Must have availability to be on call 24/7 when weather is calling for snow. This is an "on call" seasonal position. SNOW REMOVAL LEADER WITH TRUCK-( no plow) $25/hr+ plus gas reimbursement based on experience.You must be willing to use your own truck. Additional compensation for referrals or bringing in an entire crew. You will be responsible for a route that contains roughly 15-25 houses around the Ann Arbor area. You will have one other employee ride with you to help. You and the other employee will use snow blowers and shovels to clear snow. PAID DAILY
