Have you ever been charged more than you expected for medical care? Have you helped someone in your family deal with their own surprise medical bill? Right now, it is hard to know what to do when this happens. We want to make it easy for patients to understand what their rights are when they get medical bills. Coforma, a design agency, is looking for people who are willing to give their opinions, thoughts and ideas on designs with our team, remotely via Zoom. No travel needed. Participants will be compensated for completed interviews ($60 gift card for 60 min). Everything you share with us will be anonymized and confidential.
