Hi, how are you? We're looking for people to partner with (not hire but partner with) for our new and unique food concept/startup that we're launching (Almond). ABOUT ALMOND: The concept will be fully customizable Nut Butter Bowls. Nut Butter Bowls simply involve choosing a base of one of 10 nut or seed butters that will go into a jar and then on top of that base, people will be able to choose from over 150 toppings to add to each bowl (up to 15 toppings per bowl).  Each order will cost $59 shipped. Customers will have a choice of 3 bowls (two 16 oz, three 10oz or four 8 oz). Each bowl can have a completely different combination. Everything from candy bars, cereal, nuts, seeds oats, to dried fruit and veggies, spices, sauces and pretty everything that you can think of that goes well with nut butter. People will also be able to choose the quantity of each ingredient. OUR MARKETING STRATEGY We want to add "Menu Creators" or partners to our team who will create their own combinations of these toppings. These combinations will be added as menu items that customers can simply choose from if they don't want to go through creating their own bowls. Menu Creators will then get paid $15 for each time someone orders one of their menu items. There will also be a leaderboard, which will display Menu Creators in order of most sales. Menu Creators will be responsible for marketing and promoting their own menus. We will not be promoting to customers. Menu Creators must have at least 10 sales per week for the first 4 weeks in order to have their Menu remaining for customers to order from. POSITION WE'RE LOOKING TO HIRE FOR: We would like to hire someone who will help us sign up Menu Creators. You will make $10 for every time someone orders from a Menu Creator's menu who you have signed up. We're looking for someone who can sign up at least 20 Menu Creators for each of the first two weeks and then there won't be a quota.  So for example, if you simply refer 20 people over the first two weeks (very easy to do) and each of their menu items, gets 30 sales per month (extraordinarly possible), you will make $6,000 per month. That is just with this example. We have a lot of tech features that we will be adding to our platform for customers and many more different types of foods that Menu Creators can create menu items for.
