I have 2 properties in Portsmouth in need of possible drywall. Replace kitchen cabinetry, counter and flooring in another. Bathroom flooring in 1. Flooring and baseboard repair and/or minor replacements throughout both units. Painting throughout both units as well as air duct cleaning. Power wash ext and redo deck stairs. Possible install of plumbing.
Both units are 2 bdrm 1 bath approx 800 sqft. Can show tomorrow morning at 8am. Would like for contractor to be licensed but bonded and insured at a minimum. Must be able to process credit card payments. Looking to establish long term relationship for additional projects so please present best offer given these first 2 units and future work.
