Seeking small furry friend!

I am a seasoned experience small pet owner looking for a new companion! I have a cage, carrier, food, time, and all the things these critters love. I don't have transportation at the moment, so would need drop-off. Most interested in a pet rat (I would add companion rats soon, or be open to adopting more than one!), or a KITTEN :); experiences as well with pet guinea pigs, rabbits, chinchillas, and all sorts of critters. I have a huge multi level cage that would not be ideal for a hamster. I also have a pet carrier, play pen, etc. and will get a single-level home for a guinea pig or hutch for rabbit if needed! Work from home (former vet tech, can afford regular vet care, etc.!) and miss having a furry friend! Prefer to adopt today as I am available! Located in east Durham. **May be open to a small dog as well :)
