Selling dogs is pohibited

It is against Craig list rules to sell dogs. ( Read the restricted items) It states a small adoption fee is ok. Not hundreds of dollars. Some asking fees are in the thousands of dollars. Why is that so hard to understand? Whomever is flagging those prohibited adds knows what he is doing.
