Very large unit with lots of extras. From bulbs, timers, dimmers etc... all of the tanks and unit are included with a plethora of extras that I won't list. The price is somewhat firm. The decor alone was about 800. The lighting minus the dimmers and timers were close to 500 nevermind the extras and tanks. The animals are pretty much free. I'm looking to get $2000 obro for the whole set up. Its quite impressive. I have well over $3000 invested in this project. About 3500 with the animals.. You'll have extra substrate and again plenty of extras also. If you've wanted a really cool frog set up. Here's your chance. I guess you can do spiders or whatever. All tanks are in use except one. Animals I have are.... 1) 2 emerald swifts male and female. Unfortunately these will not come with an enclosure. You will need to get one. (The big tank in the pics is NOT included just he multi unit set up and cabinet) 2) Two Red eye tree frogs 3) 2 Snowflake Whites tree frogs 4) 2 Cuban Tree frogs 5) 1 Albino Pacman frog 6) 1 Spring peeper 7) 1 Tokay Gecko The animals are basically free. Over 500 for the animals alone. I would just like a little bit of my investment back. I will also be including two cricket containers also. Very helpful for this stuff. 7 Tanks total, unit, night and day lights and equipped with uvb. Thanks for looking
