Put together small end table and hang picture

I'm looking for someone (preferably a handyman or similar) to put together a small end table and hang a picture in a Doctor's office. We are a small medical office located in South Philadelphia. The job should take approximately 1-2 hours max. I do have a screwdriver and drill here. I don't have anything to hang the picture with (i.e. nails, screws etc). The end table has everything needed in the box.
