We are currently looking for healthy men and women, nonsmokers, age 20-49 y, to participate in a nutrition study. This is a 2-phase study that requires a change in eating patterns for 2 periods of 6 weeks each. The study includes two inpatient stays of 2 days/1 night each at Columbia University Medical Center. Compensation up to $1,700 will be provided for completing all study measurements.
