Help wanted for cleaning grease exhaust systems in commercial kitchens. Need part timers or full timers to either assist the crew leader(no training needed) or lead a crew(we will train you on the job if you aren’t trained) NIGHT JOB: usually jobs start around 8pm, but many restaurants will close as late as 11pm. A nocturnal sleep schedule is recommended for full timers. Much of the assistants job is wiping out a hood and polishing it, rinsing off filters after they soak, and whatever other trivial tasks around the kitchen that need to be done. No experience required. The crew leader will need to be able to drive the truck and manage truck materials, wrap hoods with plastic, pressure wash the hoods, climb the ladder to the roof and inspect the fan, pressure wash the fan, inspect the ductwork and find access, pressure wash the ductwork, be responsible for the state of the kitchen after the job and general communications with the scheduler and the contact at the restaurant.
