Join Elissa of Tribal Yoga School for a 90 minute Gratitude Yoga Workshop to release stress & bloating as you move through a journaling meditation, deep and restorative stretches, balance your metabolism, release stress and calm your nervous system on this busy week. We will start with essential oils for aromatherapy, move through powerful breathing exercises to alkaline the body, boost metabolism and release overactive mental chatter, then move into a deep low back and hip opening yoga flow.
