Join Michael Landis ACS CCP, CCSE an author and educator in beer and cheese (Beer, Cheese, Stories) and the beer experts at MobCraft Beer for a four course Wisconsin cheese and stout pairings! The pairing ill take place on Saturday, December 10th at 1:00pm at MobCraft Beer Brewery and Taproom (505 S 5th St Milwaukee, WI 53204). It is amazing how well these artisan cheeses pair up with these very unique stouts. Tickets are $35.00 per person and include four pairings featuring a MobCraft limited release stout, a Wisconsin cheese, artisan crackers from Effie’s Homemade Biscuits and Jams from Bonnie’s Jams.
