Description
A place for 20 & 30 something Wisconsin Girls to connect. Over $700 + value in giveaway items donated from 6+ sponsors & each attendee will take home a goody bag worth $100+ in coupons, discount codes, class passes, etc. Join us on December 4th for a day filled with all things wellness. You can expect a sweat swession, snacks, Blended açaí bowls, & refreshments available before the Q&A panel. Come early and get your work out in at 8am and then stay for a Social Hour & Q&A panel with some experts in the field from around the area (more details below)OR come at 9am to hang out for the panel and stay afterwards to get your workout in at 11:45am! SEE DETAILS BELOW. ** Workouts will be body resistant/plyometric/pilates/no-body-weight based. Workout will accomadate all fitness levels. Please bring a mat, towel, and H20. If you choose to not participate in our SGS sweat session, you may still attend just the Panel/Wellness Bar with a purchased ticket. There will be a drop-off bin! socks/undergarments, toothpaste/toothbrushes/dental items, haircare (specifically ethnic haircare), haircare accessories (brush, comb, clips, hair ties), shaving cream, razors, non fragrance lotion, deodorant, children's clothing items (specifically ages 10-15), If you have any clothing items or unopened/unused items that you are wanting to donate feel free to bring as well.
