Keep Pinellas Beautiful, T.R.E.E. Inc., and Pinellas County are joining forces for a tree planting project in Seminole, FL. Volunteers will assist in beautifying a local pond by planting 62 native Bald Cypress. We hope you can join us for a rewarding morning of service and community improvement! Planting made possible by Cherrylake nursery of Groveland, Florida as part of the 1000 Trees for 1000 Years Initiative. *** WHEN: Saturday, Dec. 3rd at 10:00 AM WHERE: Seminole Lanes Bowling - 8668 Park Blvd, Seminole, FL 33777 GPS (Plug into Google Maps): 27.837058, -82.758380 (See map below) WHAT TO WEAR: Please wear closed toed shoes and clothing you don't mind getting dirty. Hat, sunglasses, and long sleeves are recommended. WHAT TO EXPECT: All supplies will be provided including gloves, shovels, sunscreen, bug spray, and hand sanitizer. A water refill station will be available, please bring a reusable bottle.
