The healing power of sound and vibration has been around for centuries. It is has become recognized and utilized in today’s world as a way to increase overall mental, physical and energetic wellbeing. In this new moon gong meditation we will set powerful intentions and shift our collective vibration. This experience will begin with gentle movement, breath work and a seated meditation. We will then recline into rest as we are bathed in the celestial sounds of large symphonic gongs, crystal bowls, ethereal chimes and wave drums.
