Level small section of yard for hot tub

I'm looking for someone to level a small square section of my back yard for a hot tub before dec 12. I'm thinking we'd simply dig down a couple inches instead of adding dirt on top because the hot tub will be sitting on durable plastic pads which are a couple is inches thick. So I'm the thinking the pads will sit in the dug out section. I also would like to simply put in a couple concrete slabs for steps leading to the tub. Let me know how much you can do this for. Thanks!
