We are looking for an experienced person with knowledge of underground construction utility work! Experience is required, and preferred.All new hires undergo our safety training and flagging certification to ensure requisite safety/flagging knowledge prior to deployment on the field. We are a Nation-Wide growing company with opportunities to develop and grow in the Construction Industry. Looking for dependable individuals who demonstrate a willingness to learn and work well in a team setting with a desire to work in the Highway Construction, Signing and Traffic Safety industry with regards to project Dig-Safe, Mapping and Blue-Beam As-Builts along with quality control of work performed by our crews. Job: Perform field layout, premark for Dig Safe and detailing existing roadway conditions. Be able to communicate with the owners of the project, make field adjustments as needed to illuminate utility conflicts. learn and train on troubleshooting various problems that can arise in the field. Perform duties listed below: • Perform field measurements, take pictures to document existing conductions. • Work closely with a small team to accomplish assigned tasks. • Potential customer interface. • Following instructions accurately and completing assigned courses of action. • Working throughout the year in all seasons regardless of weather conditions. • Adhering to all Company and Industry standards and regulations. Other Responsibilities: • Pothole/locate utility lines • Backfill and construction inspections • Shade utility lines You will be working in multiple locations throughout New England.
