There will be two shifts of service projects and dinner. You choose whether you would like to eat first or work on service projects with your family and friends first.
Buy tickets for traditional turkey dinner with all the fixings catered by Rocky Top.
Consider an extra donation to fund the supplies for our service projects.
SCHEDULE
5:15 - 6pm — 1st SHIFT — choose Dinner #1 in the Fellowship Hall or Service Projects in Casper Holroyd Hall
6 - 6:15pm — TIME of REFLECTION/WORSHIP for all in Casper Holroyd Hall with music by the LightHouse Band and the adult and children's choirs
6:15 - 7pm — 2nd SHIFT — choose Dinner #2 in the Fellowship Hall or Service Projects in Casper Holroyd Hall
SERVICE PROJECTS
Capser Holyrod Hall will house more than a dozen stations where families and friends can work together to prepare items that will bring Christmas cheer to those served by our local Outreach Partner organizations.
PROJECTS include making and assembling:
Wreaths, Homeless Kits, Blankets, Emergency Hygiene Kit assembly, Christmas Cards for Prision Ministry, Christmas stockings, Furniture restoration, Crayon sorting, Frozen meal prepartion, Reverse Book SIgning, Window ornamnets, Russian Tea, Bird Feeders
PROJECTS will support:
Wee Care, Starens Class, UMCOR, Parkview Manor, Helen Wright Center, SE Raleigh Elementary School, Green Chair Project, Cross and Key, Hayes Barton's In-Crowd, Forever Fathers, Crayon Initiative
