All A Board! Bring the family to celebrate the holiday in a grand fashion with the movie classic The Polar Express. Experience a simpler time when train travel was king, in the 119-year-old Nampa Train Depot adorned with vintage Christmas décor. Bring a blanket for the kids to enjoy hot chocolate during this special time of the year with the magic of a train headed to the North Pole to see Santa Clause. Cherish the memory with photos with Santa. The Nampa Train Depot is a 100% volunteer operated non-profit. Proceeds from the Polar Express goes to helping to preserve our local home town history. Our gift shop is open as well featuring Polar Express gifts for the holidays. Your participation is greatly appreciated in allowing us to maintain Nampa’s Downtown jewel. Reserve your tickets early as seating is limited to 30 visitors for each event. All Aboard! Here are some things for you to take note during your Polar Express Experience. We encourage you to bring blankets and pillows for ultimate snuggling on the floor with your loved ones. We will have chairs available for those who prefer to sit, just let us know when you check in. All of us at Canyon County Historical Society are beyond excited to host you this year. CCHS is completely staffed by volunteers and we can really use your support .
