We're looking for a drummer of any skill level from beginner to expert to join our amateur jam band. We meet weekly in a furnished rehearsal space that costs $75 for the night split among whoever attends, usually 5-6 of us. There is a drum set already although it's not the best. It's a great opportunity to learn by playing with others in a judgement-free environment - mistakes are expected and tolerated. We play mostly rock classics but anything is on the table, including originals. Most important qualities we're looking for: ability to play collaboratively, willingness to tolerate the shortcomings of other amateurs, and desire to create a judgement-free environment for everyone.
