Spend a Magickal evening on Wednesday, December 21 st with Ashley V from Ascension NXT and Tori McNally from Avalon Enchanted to celebrate Yule and the Winter Solstice. Ashley and Tori will share the significance of Yule from both the Celtic and Nordic traditions to create a personalized and meaningful sacred ceremony filled with the magick of the winter season on this darkest night of the year to ring in renewal and hopefulness for the New Year. As the sun returns to the earth, life begins once more symbolizing the changing seasons with the ancient Celtic legend of the Oak and Holly Kings locked in their never-ending battle for seasonal supremacy. This seasonal shift of summer and winter represent the ever-important solar lightness, darkness, crop renewal, and growth. We will connect with the Norse god Odin, who is also called the Yule father described with his long beard and inspired old Saint Nick’s appearance.
