Hosted by Michelle Mildred of Coloring Your Own - perhaps you have seen her at the Uptown Art Fair, Minnehaha Falls Art Fair, or other art festivals thru the summer! Your $10 ticket reserves your spot and is able to be applied toward a purchase toward the bag, backpack, or pouch you will color while on site. During the event there will be communal markers for everyone to share with option to purchase a pack of markers on site to take home, should you not finish during the event. The evening will unfold like so: 6:30: Arrival time. 6:30-7: Choose your bag and grab a cocktail. Test out coloring on test fabric available. Social time. Begin coloring your item or items you have selected if you are comfortable. 7:00: Michelle does a quick 5-7 min review of the tips & tricks sheet and does a color blending demonstration. Everyone can test the techniques on the test fabric or continue coloring as you like. 7:00-9:00: Coloring. Socializing. Cocktails. Snacks. Its a great time that fosters communication and comradery while everyone's hands are busy customizing their bag/tote/backpack.
