We're pleased to host you for our second installment of our monthly dinner club at Blue Sky. To celebrate Prohibition Repeal Day, we've designed a a prohibition-style meal featuring Bluecoat Gin and our Chef's modern take on early 1900s cuisine. Your ticket purchase includes a three course meal curated by Chef Homer and drink pairing designed by our bar manager, Tyler Lewis, and our partners at Bluecoat Gin. We'll take time to explain the importance of each aspect of the experience and how it links to prohibition and the time period. You'll also be given the opportunity to indulge in different styles of gin through a tasting, curated by Bluecoat ambassador, Doug Seng.
