2 Year Old Japanese Chin Female

I have a 2 year old Japanese chin female that I am needing to rehome. She is a wonderful girl but my job has recently changed and she gets very little attention. She is great with children, strangers, cats, and other dogs. She is very playful and loving. She does have chronic dry eye but as long as you apply lubricant eye drops daily she does fine. She is scheduled to be spayed on Tuesday 11/22 and will be available when she heals. She is UTD on rabies, flea/tick, dewormer, vaccines, and heartworm preventative. She isn't a barker but will woo-woo for attention, she was pretty spoiled! She has only ever been in a crate for short amounts of time so I'm not sure how she would do with that. She still needs help with housebreaking (because I haven't really tried) but she uses a pad. Please text me for more info.
