Position Summary: Penske Logistics is looking for an Inventory clerk auditor to become part of an excellent team servicing one of the nation’s largest appliance manufacturers. Inventory clerk Auditor under the direction of the Inventory Supervisor, will assist in keeping an accurate inventory ensuring the system inventory in SAP/Logics matches the physical inventory stored at the facility. Monday to Friday – OT/Weekend as needed; 1st shift hours but not limited to work other shift hours. Pay Rate: $16 – 16.50 Duties and responsibilities: 1. Ensuring system count in SAP/Logics matches physical inventory 2. Utilize Logics RF scanner for a variety of functions 3. REC verification 4. Monitor and verify accuracy of data entry 5. Resolve discrepancies at location 6. Look for missing product in storage locations 7. Update SAP/Logics to match physical through various methods 8. Research and document root cause 9. Work with checkers to ensure accurate receipt of inventory 10. Audit existing data for inaccurate data 11. Random auditing verification – Customer compliance 12. Assist with daily and weekly report printing 13. Other duties as assigned 14. Perform other task as assigned Job Qualifications: - 2 years of general office experience required - 1 year of customer service experience required - High School diploma or equivalent required - Novice computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook - AS400 experience preferred - Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job - Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening Physical Requirements: - The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
