Looking for a free dog/pup

In search of a free dog/pup to add to our family. Must be good with young kids,cats and dogs. Must be fully potty/house trained. I am looking for a small to medium sized dog that is between 15-30lbs full grown. Can't be a pit bull(or any mixed with), no "mean breeds" as we are not allowed to have them where we live. Looking for a dog that is medium energy and that likes to cuddle and just chill. Please let me know what you have with any pictures of dog available. Thank you
