Found this female puppy cold and walking around the cape fear river trail. It appears she is post-partum and also hadn’t ate in days. She is very well behaved and looks like she was potentially abused before this as she’s very docile and knows how to follow instructions. I bathed her twice, fed her well, and am keeping her warm until I can find a home for her. She may need to see the vet and get a more thorough grooming, but despite her hardships seems to be healthy and is very well behaved. Reach out for any more details.
