Part-time position available to help my son with transportation, food shopping and preparation, laundry, and getting out and having fun. We are looking for someone to work Saturday from 10 am - 4 pm and Sunday from 10am – 9 pm, ideally. If you can work some of these hours but not all, let me know. I may still be able to make it work. My son has cerebral palsy which affects his walking and speech. But he can walk and talk and takes courses at Queensborough Comm. College. He is a funny and kind person who loves exploring and trying new foods. We would like a funny and kind person with similar interests to work with him. No experience is necessary. We will train. My son's staff is paid for through Independent Support Services (ISSNY.org. Take a look. People always needed.) Working at this parttime job earns you paid time off and there are paid holidays. A driver's license is necessary. Having a car is a plus. Some post high school education is very helpful. Location is close to the Port Washington train station and buses.
