found a black and yellow dog

Last night, when I opened the door to take out the trash, I saw a black and yellow dog right in front of my door. she was shivering from the cold (25 F) so I let her in with some food and warm water. Her face was painful and cold. My house is near Walmart neighborhood SE 4th st, Moore.
