Whatever reason Trump took those classified documents, he still TOOK those classified documents! Some of those documents were classified as TOP SECRET - SSBI. These documents can cause grave harm to the security of our nation should they fall into the hands of our adversaries. No one can tell who or what nations or organizations had access to those storage facilities at Mar-a-Largo. We must assume that those documents have been compromised, incurring the cost and effort necessary to ameliorate the impact such a breach will have on National Security. Moreover, as POTUS we demand, through the oath sworn, that they, The President of the United States, will not only faithfully execute the laws of the country (he didn't by not securing these sensitive documents), but that he/she will preserve protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. Our nation's security allows for the protection of not only our way of life, but the protection and adherence to both the rule of law and the Constitution. In "the takings" of those documents he not only broke his oath, he placed our nation's security in grave and present danger. This is a clear violation of nearly 30 sections of the US Code. Taking those documents as souvenirs is a felony. Ironically, Trump is the president that signed that felony designation into law. Trump will be found guilty of a felony. Trump 2024? I don't think so.
