Found Small White Male Dog, Green Collar

Found small white male dog with a few light brown spots. Terrier, maybe? Seems friendly. Wearing a green collar with a small bow. Found him walking through the parking lot of apartment complex early Sunday morning (11/20). A neighbor said they'd seen him out the night before. Hopefully, someone replies to this and can claim him. He seems well taken care of so I know his owner probably misses him. On Monday I'll check with the leasing office to see if anyone there knows or can contact the owner if nobody replies to this email before then.
