Participation and Sponsorship Opportunities: Payment must be received by 11/29 for banner displays. EXTRA PERK: All exhibitors and sponsors will have the opportunity to tape a 1-minute promotional video. These will be shared on the Midstate Chamber Facebook page!
Exhibitors: $250 for Chamber members and Meriden Mall retailers OR $525 for not-yet-members* (*Not yet members includes 1 year of membership in Midstate Chamber & Health & Wellness Council! Minimum value of membership is $320) Includes: 8X8 booth space; pipe & drape; 6’ table & 2 chairs; listing on event promotion to be featured on Chamber website, Chamber social media pages, and Eventbrite; listing on Signage displayed the day of the event & on flyers distributed at the event.
Event Co-Sponsors: $500 (Available to Members Only)Includes: 8X8 booth space; pipe & drape; 6’ table & 2 chairs; Co-Sponsor designation in event promotion to be featured on Chamber website, Chamber social media pages and Eventbrite; Co-Sponsor designation on Signage displayed the day of the event & on flyers distributed at the event; Top Banner ad for 3 months on the Chamber’s website; your banner displayed at the mall for 1 week prior to the event.
