As an affiliate of NAREB, Young Realtist Division (YRD) is aware of the challenges in the real estate market for African American and Minority real estate professionals, consumers, and communities. We're particularly concerned about the low homeownership rates among millennials, especially in black and minority communities across America. We are committed to solving this issue by growing the YRD community through membership and providing our expertise in making a positive impact within the neighborhoods that we serve, and increasing our overall community wealth to establish sustainable change. The MISSION of YRD is Redefining the Real Estate Culture for Tomorrow's Leaders. Our VISION is to empower our youth and communities through financial education, wealth building, career exposure, mentorship, professional development, and leadership training. YRD was organized in 1996 to assist NAREB in membership and development. Come grow with us!
